Staff were all very friendly and the included breakfast was great and with convenient hours offered. We did not use the facilities (pool/gym) during our visit but they looked inviting.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Did not do any tourist things while there. Downtown is clean and very mellow. The hotel is a nice walk away. Helpful in a situation where the day involves lots of sitting in meetings.

Clean city, friendly people. The Waterfront is especially lovely with its scenic walk, views, and many restaurants. Downtown and Uptown are easy to navigate and explore. Also, several sites with historic significance, such as Fort Vancouver.

Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp...
Vancouver, WA is a wonderful community and a great base camp for day trips to the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying in Vancouver. Just don't stay at the Day's Inn by Wyndham. It is a dump.
Omg, this place is beautiful and well-kept. I always come back home for church and or to see my family, I rent an expensive hotel with rude staff when I normally come into town but this was a much better fined. My mother is disabled, and it's hard for her to walk so renting this home made it easy for her to visit without climbing stairs. It was fully furnished, with dishes, and every home appliance you can think of!!! Whoever decorated did an amazing job. I loved that it had its cleaning supplies so it allowed me to clean as I needed.
The property is beautiful and in a central location, close to the freeway. The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable. We love the layout of the rooms and the spacious bathroom with their walk in showers. Having a stovetop, as well as a refrigerator makes longer stays more convenient. The staff is so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great for hotel buffet style accommodations, good variety and seemed fresh and the staff was constantly checking on the food. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.
Check in I was double charged. So that started the experience off to the wrong start. The room was new looking. But dirty. Channel changer looked like greasy fingers all over it I would even touch it. The blinds were not discrete at all they allowed anyone in the parking lot to see right in your room. About 10-11pm 2 dogs in hallway sounded like there were in a dog fight. Super weird people almost like maybe homeless staying there. It was worse then a Vegas hotel experience. Will not stay here again.
Our room wasn’t ready, so they put us in a different one. Then they made us move to a different room because apparently the air conditioner was “loud” and needed to be replaced. Just very irritating and inconvenient and not worth it. We ended up not staying and left during the day and went to a different hotel.
The bed is comfortable.
Stairway to 2nd floor room very accessible.
Friendly staff at front desk.
I appreciate that the front desk is available 24 hours.
Hudson Grill is good! I like that it's in Heathman Lodge!
The facility is new and sits at a convenient location at the corner of Vancouver mall. The room is very clean, has sufficient amenities. Overall very comfortable staying, would book the same place in future.
Location is in a business area (auto repair shops, etc.) but this very nice hotel is tucked behind a business facing the street. Very quiet, clean and large rooms, fairly priced, very helpful desk staff.
Perfect location - close to downtown, the park and the waterfront. Our hosts were genial and helpful. Our room was lovely and the entire house magnificent. Both breakfasts were excellent.
What a gem, beautiful hotel in a great location. Reasonably priced. Rooms big with balcony overlooking the forest. Onsite restaurant with great food. Everything you need in one place.
Good choice of breakfast foods. Very clean in the breakfast room. The room was very clean. The bed was firm, yet very comfortable. Staff were great to work with.
Breakfast was awesome, staff was very nice! Hotel was in perfect location for what I needed to do for work. Kids loved the pool mall and other stuff was very close.
Room 112, needed to be cleaned, desk staff could not change a $20 bill, and had 4 young men hanging around smoking just outside the entry. All the time .
