We have stayed at the Chateaux many times before and it was flawless this time as it has been in the past
It is expensive, but everything goes like clockwork
from the front door it is across the road to Deer Valley resort , and other 50 m to the ski slopes
the hotel has a shuttle that drops you down to Park city about 10 min away where you can go shopping or out to other restaurants
they had an army of cleaners so room and hotel where always kept very clean , something that many
hotels now try and do a minimum of
Breakfast had excellent options , I am gluten free so had plenty of fresh fruit , gluten free cereal and bread
Staff are always friendly and long term , work well as a team and value you as a guest
Alex the assistant manager was always around and looking to help you in positive ways
The onsite Cena restaurant for dinner has Italian inspired food and is very good
excellent hot pools after skiing to relax in and chat with other guests
there is a ski shop on site ,and a christys ski shop across the road
We had a lovely week and zero issues

Great fitness room, sauna, steam room, pool and hot tub. The view from the pool deck is awesome! They also have a massive game room with pool tables, air hockey, shuffleboard and something like 8 huge tv's. The restaurant food was pretty damn good too! Super comfy beds and linens.

The town is really cute. The restaurants are expensive, but a lot of variety. There is a town park that is immaculate and looked really fun - pickle ball, skateboard park, picnic tables, walking paths. So beautiful to be so close to the mountains and ski slopes. Easy to get to, also - not a long drive from Salt Lake City!

Utah is known for skiing, particularly the Park City area.
Utah is known for skiing, particularly the Park City area. There are better ski resorts (e.g., Snowbasin, Snowbird), but there are three great ones in Park City.
Dining options run from "really good" to "just overpriced" with some fast food options in Kimball Junction just down the road. The ratings on the social media websites don't seem to actually reflect the quality of the food.

We stayed at Bear Village in Park City Canyons, and it was a beautiful place. The area offers long walking trails where you can catch glimpses of wildlife. The skiing resort is exceptionally well-maintained. During our visit in mid-March, all lifts were operational. What stood out the most, however, was the helpfulness and friendliness of the people there. We're especially grateful to the Uber driver and policeman who assisted us in opening our car when we accidentally locked our keys inside. Thank you.

It’s a lovely hotel with Nordic style comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool complex very much with great drinks from the bar. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced for park city. It was in a central location with a bus stop in front. Staff was super friendly. They had the best covid breakfast we have experienced on a 4 hotel 10 day trip. Check out the 2002 Olympic center. Tour was great and lots of activities
The condo was fresh and clean and roomy. We were only 2 people but it could have accommodated up to 6. There is also a nice automatic gas fireplace. Although the location is 12 minutes from Main Street Park City and we didn't have a car, we learned that there is a free shuttle that circulates through the community and connects with a free shuttle to ski resorts and downtown. It is also a short walk to a very nice outlet mall.
It was a great condo during our five day ski trip at Park City. It was just two of us so it was spacious enough and felt like we were "at home" vs in a tight hotel suite. It had all facilities we needed, including washer dryer and parking, and close enough for me and my kiddo to walk to the ski lifts. Enjoyed everything about the stay and look forward to be back soon. Thanks for hosting us.
What a great condo for two women friends! The pull put couch was comfy & convenient, and two full bathrooms was a game changer!
Also loved the convenience of the kitchen, we cooked dinner every night. Wood fire place was a bonus! Easy to catch bus to Park City and Deer Valley for skiing. Walking distance to the market and to down town park city was great too!
The location was great and the condo was everything I needed. By the second day, I figured out the best place to park to enter near the elevator to the unit where I was staying and how to get to the indoor/outdoor pool, which has two hot tubs. I called with a question before I arrived and then once during my stay and both times, they were incredibly responsive.
Friendly space, amazing decoration and furniture, super comfortable bed. Steven gave us the best advices regarding the places to visit. He is very concern about your interests and happiness. He also cooked for us in my husband Birthday. He has a beautiful and well educated dog Olivia.
I liked the pool/hottub, the ski in/ski out access, gym, valet service. However thoes were all provided by the Hyatt hotel not Vacasa, who is the 3rd party you will be renting the room from. Just rent a room at the Hyatt Centric Park City and you will be much happier.
Convenient location to deer valley/park city. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Room was close to everything on site. Large property, but felt like gym/yoga/pool/game room/ restaurants were all close and easy to get to.
it was clean, comfortable, local to all the stores we could walk too. every one was super nice and the breakfast was yummy. I would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in park city, definitely a go to for staying at this hotel
Location was perfect. the hotel situated at the top of town, and handy to the lift, shops restaurants etc. The room exceeded expectations, with a full kitchenette. The room also had a nice view up the slopes to the east.
Location of the hotel was great! Just by the bus stop and 1 stop away from the mountain base.
Suite was large enough for a family of 4 ( 1 teenager) , need to have more family rooms!
Breakfast was fine
The hotel is in the heart of Park City where you are in the middle of all the action. We stayed 7 nights and walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.
Its in a scenic place on the outskirts , just 10 min drive from the main street . Breakfast was nice. the Suite was spacious and good ambience . The outlet mall is nearby for shopping.
