This neighborhood and apartment are both quiet and relaxing. Car is the best way to get around. However, much of what Ossining offers is walking distant. If you are coming from the city on the commuter rail it's less then a 10 minute drive to your stay. You can walk, catch a cab or an Uber/Lyft service.
