The hotel was great! The family enjoyed the swimming area and breakfast was delicious! Location was great for our walk to the event center, and the our rooms were awesome, spacious and clean! 10/10 recommend the facility!

Liked the staff at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Didn't like that the breakfast area wasn't advertised as closed. If they truly thought covid was bad enough to close the breakfast area then their staff should have been wearing a mask. NO ONE on the hotel staff wore a mask.

My God the place was awful. Filthy dirty and the curtains were falling off the windows. There.wad.a very heavy smell of pot throughout the building. Totally filthy! And smelly! Awful breakfast, no security, non- working light fixtures, people milling about the outside, gathering at outside windows. We will never stay there again. There are several family members that go back and forth, having this city a great place to stop. We have shared with all of them NEVER to stay here.Tom

It is a reasonably priced budget hotel located not far from Sioux City airport. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located very close to a railroad track but we did not find noise from the railroad to be a problem. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was typical budget hotel fare--decent coffee, a small selection of cold cereals and assorted quick oatmeal packs and some assorted breads for toasting as well as a waffle maker.
