The booked room was as expected and reflected the foto's presented in the booking.com app. We had a bigger bathroom than expected, very comfortable. Friendly staff! A few restaurants in the area at walking distance. The location is easy to reach by car. The room was quiet.

Seamed to have a lot of road noise when we entered the room, but was very easily ignored by the time we went to bed. No bad smells considering the close proximity to the interstate. Amarillo a very industrial city, but friendly and courteous.

It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in.
It was not as nice as other Microtels we have stayed in. Just dated and the desk top was not cleaned by the staff. That was disappointing, every surface should be cleaned. The pool is not inviting, and was kinda cold.

This little town has grown so much, and it is obvious that the leaders are working to make it even better. Getting around was easy, but I tried to avoid the interstates. Anything I needed was a short distance from downtown and easily accessed. I only attended the horseshow at the fairgrounds, but the nightlife downtown was booming.
The So youthful hip and urban with all the amenities that we need. The hotel staff was very very accommodating making sure they took care of dating. They also point us to things to do in Amarillo and welcome us with open arms that coffee and Cocoa bar was so delicious and so accommodating right from the very start of our long trip through Texas and Oklahoma we will definitely back next year thank you so much to all the staff and we look forward to spending more time at true Hilton Hotels Hilton Hotels.
I’m absolutely in love with this find in Amarillo! Such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual accommodations! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt compelled to answer a questionnaire or give a review, but when it comes to exceeding expectations, this new re-vamped hotel is something I’m actually excited about, and have already told all my friends about. Reminds of Austin and LA!!
Thank you so much for bringing this energy to Amarillo…it needs a jewel like this.
I reserved several days, but when an employee stole over $400.00 from me, and mgmt refused to address the issue, I filed charges with the local police. Because I did file charges, mgmt canceled the remaining days of my prepaid reservation and REFUSED to refund those days remaining.
The mgmt of this Hotel does not protect the guests employee theft but instead further enhances the crime by kicking guest out and keeping the money paid for days remaining.
Well designed newly built hotel. The atmosphere in the public rooms is excellent. Rooms are large and very well designed, with USB and power outlets everywhere. Excellent beds and bedding. Large well equipped bathroom.
This is the one of the best hotel we have stayed in on our many cross country road Tripps. Highly recommended. Also very close to the Big Texan steakhouse, which is a fantastic experience if you're in Amarillo.
The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows, the shower hot and the breakfast was good. Coffee and cookies were available in the foyer, luggage racks to help get cases to our room. We are travelling Route 66 and this is the best value hotel we have stayed in and the best nights sleep we have had. There are also plenty of medium range restaurants within walking distance.
The picture in the ad makes this hotel look much nicer than it is. I was traveling with a dog and a toddler, neither one of which makes messes, but was given a pet friendly room. Apparently that means stains on the walls, toilets that don't flush and sinks that don't drain are what pet owners have to accept at a higher price. Ridiculous and sub par.
The My Place in Amarillo seemed very new and was a nice amount of space. Options for cooking were in the room though there were no dishes or cookware in the room. The hotel is located to several restaurants within easy walking distance, though they were all quite busy on the Friday night we stayed, and we needed to wait 45 minutes for a table.
Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient location, great fitness center (big, lots of machines, individual tvs with many channels on the treadmill). The lobby of the adjoining hotel (there are two in this complex) was quite impressive. Breakfast was pretty good.
The room was spotless. The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I asked them was their something in the water that makes the people in Amarillo so kind? Wonderful stay. Will choose this hotel again.
Very eclectic hotel; was a bit Leary but the room was clean and economical for one night. The restaurant was a hoot! Need to stop and see; food is marginal but overall convenient in I-40 and to our destination
Very nice and polite young man working at the front desk. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and hot. Best hotel we stayed at our entire trip of traveling for few months!
The staff was very kind and the hotel was easy to find. the decor was cute and the pet friendly rooms were still very clean. I got in bed late and they were still great!
