Great location for us. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
You can find Winco, Costco and Walmart in Tigard. You can also find Washington Square Mall for shopping in Tigard. Beware of red light camera, one of them is at intersection of SW 72nd Ave and Highway 99W

The sink was plugged, Water was leaking on the floor under the sink. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The lamp stand between the beds had some kind of liquid dripped on both sides. It was not a pleasant experience. Also, the cost for this room was way to much for the quality. I would like a refund

If you make the mistake of booking this hotel, call ahead to ensure that they have your reservation since they had lost ours despite confirmation from both booking.com AND an email from their hotel welcoming us. Refused responsibility for their error, blamed booking.com, stated that "sometimes these things happen," and since they had no rooms left, we were forced to hurriedly find another room after significantly more travel and greater expense. Will never book with "Quality" again, and recommend finding another hotel with better organization and desk staff.

Horrible ! Dirty !
Horrible ! Dirty ! Unfriendly and unhelpful and felt discrimination because of poor information given about me to the staff . Staff should conduct themselves with a professional additude not a biased one. Speaking a different language infront of me does not seem professional when I can understand what is being said and these people that make it difficult for anyone to get out of a situation based on anything that is not factual should not have a job in hospitality.

Our choice of this location is tied to family being nearby, but it is convenient to shopping with the mall so close. Public transportation is very handy as well, which took us to visit the Chinese Gardens and the Rose Garden. We needed a car to reach restaurants other than the one in the hotel (which we did use twice while there), but a large variety to choose from are not far away. Other than the onsite restaurant, we do return to Oswego Grill, and Wild Fin.

Washington Square and Barbur Blvd are big box and local business and office areas convenient for shopping, medical appointments for folks like me who live in a rural area. Only "charming" part of Tigard is the downtown (not where the motels are located) but not far by car.
I have stayed here at other times. I have NEVER had a bed in any of these rooms be comfortable. They KILL my back. They need new beds and why do NO hotels put waterproof covers on their mattresses- cost? It is worth the cost to save a mattress from any type of accidents.
The rooms are fine- you need to paint them better colors- they are dark and depressing and seem very old. I think some of the rooms are updated and the colors are better.
Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast in a dining area that had plenty of room for guests to be spaced apart for health reasons. Security is good in that a hotel room key is required to move elevator from ground floor. Recently opened. Very clean with open lobby with multiple seating areas. Beverages available in lobby.
Room had a very nice shower in the bathroom and enough vanity space to accommodate two adults.
Terrible service. Their system changed the days I would stay in this hotel and ask me to pay more. The staff ask me to pay their daily rate even I booked on booking.com in advance and said I could cancel the reservation if I did not again. For this reason, I call booking.com for the help. Then, he asked his boss and refund me the money. It took more than one hour to check in this motel. Very terrible experience.
I stayed at this hotel for one and was relocating the following day to the Hilton . The staff were really friendly and helpful but the rooms left a lot to be desired , smelling of smoking and the sheet musty There was a notice on the door stating, for you own safety use the deadbolt on the door . I. Could sleep after seeing this !!!
The staff was amazing and so friendly, the hotel was literally the nicest motel 6 I've ever been to and I've been to many motels 6's in my 40 yrs. The room was so clean beds were great and the hallways and lobby smelt amazing would stay here anytime in in the area
Embassy Suites was a perfect choice for our visit with family. Large sitting area was comfortable for a small family group to gather.
Breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choices from yogurt and fruit to bacon, eggs, sausage and omelets.
The only problem I had was how loud it was all night long there was a lot of people out making a lot of noise Granite I was there on the weekend but other than that the hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable the whole room was clean
As with any Motel 6, it's a budget hotel without frills. It's a place to sleep and that's it. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very professional. It has shopping very close and the freeway is easy on and easy off.
Prompt assistance from Staff, clean facilities, spacious & comfortable room & bed, amenities, awesome location; with the best area mall, pretty much across the street; &, Red Lobster; but a 4 minute stroll away
The breakfast was good, well stocked hot and plenty of variety. The eating area was clean and plenty of space to sit. The best part was the close proximity to my destination.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near the freeways and grocery stores. The room is a nice size and was clean when I arrived. Over all area and hotel was great!
We love to stay at this hotel. We especially like the suites with a bar area where we can keep soda, snacks etc and love love the bar sink! Roomy and comfortable.
