The staff was excellent, the roof top restaurant was great. I Lost my phone in the rooftop bar Saturday night on Easter weekend. The staff, the security and the restaurant looked for it. The took our information and a week later found it and mailed the phone to me.

We went for a Cancer Survivors Celebration, and while there we went b ack to the Museum of History in Forrest Park. It was more than our old broken bodies could handle and we left after two hours. Went to the "HILL", Italian section of town for dinner. We went to Mama's on the Hill and had another great meal. Meals are large, so we share a side salad and an entree. Never an issue, they bring an extra plate. There are numerous other Italian restaurants and we have eaten in several of them. All were good. The Hill is only about 2 miles from the Museum or from Barnes Jewish Hospital, take KingsHighway, prob North maybe west from the Hospital. Watch for signs about the Hill go about 1 1/2 miles or so crossing the two interstate hiways. Turn right off of Kingshighway either on Shaw or Southwest something. Right past a 4 or 5 story U HAUL business!

Despite initial concerns about safety, my personal experience contradicted those worries. I discovered that the area around the Arch and Ballpark Village was safe to walk around during the day, Had mouthwatering tacos and margaritas at Condado Tacos at the Ballpark village. ,To explore further, we opted for Uber rides at night and were rewarded with the breathtaking sight of the Anheuser Busch St. Louis Brewery lights. Explored the St. Louis Zoo, a free and delightful experience. Overall, while some caution is advisable, my trip revealed that with sensible precautions, St. Louis can be a wonderful and safe destination to explore. Will have to check out the botanical gardens on our next visit.

The city is empty. Nothing to do.
The city is empty. Nothing to do. On a Saturday afternoon downtown is empty. No shopping, no bars down town. If you have to go to st Louis, make sure you’re in a nice neighborhood out of centre. There are quite a few.

If it was not for Anheuser-Busch, I would not come back to St Louis. The Arch was good and was a monument to see but Anheuser-Busch was the highlight of our trip. The only reason I would return would be because I would go back to see Anheuser-Busch. They know how to treat people and are just an awesome place to go.
We were looking for something within walking distance of downtown things to do. And a relative who lives nearby. We 'discovered' the MAC kinda accidentally through Booking.com and we loved it! The artwork, the history, the unique building, the staff. It was better than we expected and a welcome change from chain hotels and motels, or even B&Bs. Although we did not dine at the MCA, there is a great, new, little café across the street, the Green Onion, which suited us well.
room was not in great standards for it to be considered some what of a "downtown" area. stains on couch, old blankets. Lack of cleanliness. i get its a budget hotel but it still should have better care than it does. Im sure this hotel make enough money to invest in better sheets, better sitting couches etc. Take time to invest in your buisness instead of just focusing on making a dollar. Last but not least, get some english speaking housekeepers.
A bold attempt at recreating ' Ye Olde England" with some fascinating furnishings and literary themed rooms. Without doubt the jewel is the snuggest, cosiest bar west of Cornwall, which is only missing Dick Turpin entering in a tricorn hat and demanding "your money or your life". Definitely worth a detour, whether staying at the hotel or not!
Really enjoyed the hotel- very nice! The rooms were much more spacious than I expected for a standard room. Beds were comfy, enjoyed pool and hot tub, sauna was a nice touch. The two different fitness rooms offered a lot of options. We opted for valet and it was an easy process and quick. Truly a visually beautiful hotel with nice aesthetics.
The staff here worked like a well oiled machine. The customer service was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies working that area were completely on top of it, cleaning and refilling, making sure everyone was happy. Truly a great downtown hotel!
We loved staying downtown and taking in the sights, Arch national park, proximity to fantastic food, cider houses, and the beautiful old buildings all around the area. The hotel itself is a perfect repurposed old factory with a great blend of old charm with new conveniences.
The location is GREAT! Conveniently located near a Walmart, target, and many good restaurants. No running my across town for a store if you need anything during your stay! This is our favorite hotel to stay at in the area. Staff is always so friendly and professional.
Our room is as very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great bathroom fixtures. The workout area was also nice. It’s still under construction but it was not obtrusive. The room was mostly tile which is great for the pups. I appreciate having a dog friendly hotel downtown.
Easy location to get to, central and its a fantastic hotel. Visually inside and out. The light and music show that comes on in the lobby/bar area is awesome and was a surprise. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff are very friendly and very helpful.
The food at the sports bar was excellent. Fish tacos, chicken strips, and pulled pork sandwich all amazing! Starbucks had the best staff, especially the male at cash (sorry don’t have a name). Fitness facilities top notch for a hotel gym.
The location was downtown, not too far from the ballpark downtown. The only issue was trying to get an Uber when leaving different venues, and because of how busy the downtown area was, I was unsuccessful.
clean, pool is CLEAN and hot tub is great, free parking, best stores and restaurants.
this hotel is 20ish min from downtown but offers free parking with stay and is better price than downtown hotels.
Great location near good restaurants and bars. Staff was excellent. Very responsive and friendly. Hotel is just a couple years old so rooms and common areas are stylish and up to date.
The location, the hotel food, and the room itself were all lovely and clean. Having such a nice hotel that also accommodated our small, well-behaved dog was especially nice for us.
The Last Hotel is a very cool historic property, the renovations are well done, while keeping the charm of the original building. Our room was spacious and lovely.
The beds are very comfortable. The phone lines were down and none of the shuttles at the airport knew of this hotel which made it difficult to get to it.
