The front desk attendant Kristen’s personality was so bubbly and great it never changed even when I seen her overwhelmed the other staff that I came across was very helpful and last but not least the facility was clean.

The reviews encouraged me to book and I wasn't disappointed. I just wish the LivInn brand was in more locations. I was very satisfied with the pricing and the room plus its location. There really isn't anything I can say bad about this place. It was my very first time staying at a Sonesta but now I will actively look for a Sonesta when I am traveling. the value for what you get is simply great. I would just hope they all have the same quality and welcoming experience I had at this one in Sharonville.

We didn't do a lot in Sharonville but used it as a hub to plan our activities. It was convenient to all of the Cincinnati area. We were on a quest to try several chili parlors, comic book stores, Union Station, and arcades. The staff was friendly, welcoming and we were treated like family. Building was clean and updated. Breakfast was a wonderful full breakfast. Food was delicious and was maintained efficiently. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
