Was cool and the window in my room was broken, we could not sleep with noise. Otherwise the bad smells is terrible. The hotel needs to take care the carpet is extremely dirty. We hope they took care about those things.

The staff was polite and helpful.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was shabby, rundown, and dated- not at all like it was presented online. The carpets were dirty and the paint on the stairwell was chipped. I would give this hotel 2 stars and that is being generous/

Went to RI comic con. The hotel was in a good location. Easy on/off the highway. Not a fan of late check in 3pm. Room was comfortable clean. Plenty of towels and good water pressure. Lots of places to eat/ drink within walking distance. Good value for the money. I have stayed at several Quality Inns. Never had a bad experience.

I have no issues with the city, but the hotel that we stayed...

I have no issues with the city, but the hotel that we stayed at was a zero. The elder front desk person, was very nasty and rude. She acted like she didn't want to help or be there, and that guests were an inconvenience to her. The coffee area was dirty and not cleaned up. I have never, ever stayed at a hotel where the owner allows the employees use of the pool during guest hours. Employees children (teens) using the pool, laying on floaties, taking up the entire deep end. The next day an employee and her two burly friends sitting and eating in front of the pool, staring. Was creepy. They don't have lifeguards, swim at your own risk and no food, the sign says. So there was no reason for the employees to be down there. Our dance team girls could not use the pool, nothing like our preteens being stared at by two huge males, who weren't even guests. To top it all off, got really uncomfortable when the employee and a guest started yelling at each other at the pool. As she had a "right to be there" because she was the "Owner's step-daughter"...... again, very weird and awkward. It made me feel as we couldn't use the pool as guests--and the guests are the ones paying for it.... especially with the wrist bands. I assume that the employees don't have to pay for their wristbands. Just weird and awkward and hated the experience.

The best place to eat breakfast was a diner called Eat's and a good seafood place was called Dickey's. There are a lot of places to go shopping and to stock up for family supplies if traveling with a group.😆

Rosella, who is in charge of the breakfast , during our stay was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. She wanted to service us food as two of us have real trouble walking. We’ve stayed here for many years on our way to the Cape several weeks each summer. She has also been top notch every time. She always remembers us and talks to us. She’s a real plus to your hotel. Also liked the new renovations that was done to the total hotel. Looks great.

Sadly nothing. We chose it because we were visiting the Providence area. We thought, being a Ramada Wyndham hotel, that it would be of a good standard - not excellent but at least good compared to a lot of other chains. What we did not know was it appears to be a franchise. The Maintenance chap did a good job fixing 3 things - so he was the only thing we liked!

From the photos, I expected the hotel to be more updated. It is in need of renovations, but as I was only there for two nights, it was ok. It just wasn't what I had expected, but in life that happens. It was an excellent value though. The parking was great - right next to our room.
