Breakfast had good variety with some daily rotation of hot selections as is common for the Express Breakfast. Biscuits were either a little dense or overcooked, but still functional for gravy. Room was clean, no bugs, no mold/mildew, no bad aromas. Bed was suitably comfortable. Plenty of USB plugs. Good storage (armoire, 3 drawers, and undershelf in bedside table). Location is good for area attractions. Several restaurants nearby - we visited two good ones.

Tried to do it all in 5 days. Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. We are theme park and history geeks, so could have easily spent more time at each. Used Bounce Ticket to combine Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Of the others, only visited Historic Jamestowne and Yorktown Battlefield for one day each, skipping Jamestown Settlement and American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay. Attended the "Cry Witch' trial which was very entertaining and realistic. Performers did a great job. Also went on
the Haunted Williamsburg one hour tour and heard some great ghost stories from the past.
The Jamestown Scotland Ferry, then the short drive to Smithfield was a nice experience. Ferry runs 24 hrs and is free. Approx. 20 min. ride. Smithfield was interesting with nice shops and places to dine.

This is the third time we have visited and stayed in Williamsburg. We enjoy the vibe there. I have genealogies from the Jamestown community, and similar interests in Norfolk City, Portsmouth and Newport News.
Williamsburg makes for a nice hub to access all those places, and the hotel prices and amenities there are appreciated. Staying at some of the in-town venues can be quite pricey; the Comfort Suites is a nice example of good value. Dave

Dined at various restaurants where the establishments were very clean and the food was good. Driving around Williamsburg is very easy. We also took a drive down to the ferry to Surry Seafood restaurant. This is a great little restaurant right on the water (river). We continued to Smithfield where we enjoyed the museums and many shops, boutiques. Ice cream parlor near the museum had great ice cream.

Overall, Williamsburg was a beautiful city to visit.
Overall, Williamsburg was a beautiful city to visit. Definitely coming back! Trash and liter always takes away from the overall appearance of a city, community and country. Rarely saw so much trash while visiting overseas. In America 🇺🇸 way too much.

I loved Williamsburg, but then I love history and architecture, art, shopping and good food. I live in Northern Virginia, and the food is pretty dreadful. Everything I ate in Williamsburg was really good--such a nice change.
I enjoyed shopping in Colonial Williamsburg and in New Town. I had a great time, and I'll be back.
Rooms are clean with convenient bed configurations for families with kids (one of the few 2-bedroom options in Williamsburg with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds). A full kitchen helps us avoid the hassle of extra meals at restaurants with tired kids. Kids love the pool area with both indoor and outdoor pools and spas. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the ability to send requests and receive alerts via text messages is very convenient. We have stayed here twice previously, and maintenance seems to have improved since the HGV acquisition last year.
Perfect location, walking distance to historic downtown, right across the street from William & Mary (beautiful campus), convenient parking. Absolutely gorgeous room in the West Wing - new! Inn Keepers were friendly, great tips on local activities and dining. Common areas were inviting, great historical atmosphere, loved all the photos, felt as though I was visiting family! Breakfast was excellent and time spent around the table conversing with other guests was the perfect example of B&B hospitality! Thank You!!
The continental breakfast was terrible and there were far too many guests shoved in the breakfast area, which is set up galley style, but with probably 75 guests trying to fit in a space designed for fewer than 30 guests. The a/c unit squealed like a dying animal, and the room smelled like sewage. I based my booking off of other online reviews, but the experience was nowhere what I expected for the ratings, and I stay in chain hotels all the time. I won't be choosing Best Western again.
Very clean, updated room with new carpet. Comfy pillows, bed was hard, but we still slept well. Very comfortable office chair. Comfortable breakfast area, looks brand new. Good location; close to shopping and food, a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the jetted tub in the king bed room.
Lovely property in close proximity to Williamsburg! You can walk into the area or take the free shuttle. Our room was peaceful and spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. Very clean property and the staff were exceptional. I’m not sure I have stayed anywhere with such friendly and helpful staff !
Beds, bathroom, tv, fridge, microwave: complete, functional. More spacious than average motel room, well designed layout. Walls are thin but the hotel wasn’t crowded and with (calm) families only. Quiet at night, powerful airco. Location is good, nearby Colonial Williamsburg and downtown area
Room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was close to historic Williamsburg and to several other restaurants and shopping. Hotel was popular with families with young children, however, we did not hear any noises after dark. Overall quiet and nice hotel.
Loved the breakfast! Coffee was only negative ... need to upgrade!! Staff was superb. Location close to Colonial Williamsburg was perfect. Was a very comfortable hotel stay. Would definitely stay there again!! Parking was also great!! Thank you all!!!
Great location near the attractions (especially Colonial Williamsburg). The campsite was very family friendly and the kids enjoyed the pool, the playground, and the game room. We enjoyed meeting other campers - so much more fun at the cabin than at a hotel!
The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Everything in our room was clean and worked properly. Location was close to Historic Williamsburg and Jamestown. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
Our family has traveled to Williamsburg for years and we have stayed the last 10 years at this hotel. I can honestly say this will be the last year we stay there- spend the little extra money and rent a decent hotel room.
Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent pancake house almost next door for breakfast/lunch. Very convenient location for historic Williamsburg sightseeing.
Dog friendly and close to colonial Williamsburg. Staff helpful and friendly. Gluten free breakfast options at separate food station was a very happy surprise. You don’t see that at many hotels.
The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was brightly colored with orange and white walls and I loved the painted exposed brick in the room and throughout the hotel
I found the hotel and specifically my room to be very safe and clean. The breakfast choices were very good. It is so convenient to Colonial Williamsburg.
