Well located spot in between Durham & Chapel Hill near the highways, so pretty easy to drive to everything. It's new, so in great shape, has lots of power outlets, that kind of thing, so as your regular off-the-highway hotel goes it's better than most. There are foosball tables in the lobby which our son loved.

Excellent vibe. Spacious room. Everything we needed.

Chapel Hill is excellent but recommend you do not stay in Courtyard by Marriott due to rude poor service provided by front desk. Costed us more than the booking rate due to front desk clerk changing the reservation at check in. No service recovery offered by manager

My biggest problem was someone pulled the fire alarm at 4o'clock in the morning, and the hotel didn't adjust the bill to reflect the loss of sleep, or even offer an explanation. The only time it was mentioned was when I bought it up.

Check out the Rizzo Center! It combines the charm of a bygone era with comfirtable modern amenities. Take a walk on the grounds and enjoy spectacular flower gardens, mature trees, and brick walking paths.
I booked this trip for my husband and me as a Valentine's gift, and he loved it, commenting several times on how impressed he was with the hotel, service, food, and staff.

Chapel Hill is a beautiful university city.
Chapel Hill is a beautiful university city. It's a wonderful place to walk and gaze at the UNC-Chapel Hill campus (oldest school in the country). Some fun places to eat, I tried a Mediterranean place on Franklin street. The city has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. Easy to get around on the free city buses. Disadvantage is that it's on the expensive side and requires some planning. Although the RDU airport serves all three major cities in the area it's mainly car based so you'll probably end up getting a rental.

I came to help my dad move into the new Azalea Estates retirement community and had a great time visiting Chapel Hill. Folks are friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants, campus has so much to offer-I particularly enjoyed the Auckland Art Museum.
Ate ate The Rise, Luna, 410, Carrboritos, Al’s Hamburgers and also bought food at Weaver Street Market and Harris Teeters to fix meals in my room. And when I missed my cats I went to the Cat Cafe on Franklin Street -had a great time.

Chapel Hill is a beautifully manicured city with that quaint southern touch. Being there makes you want to walk around to get a better view of everything. The university is awesome in person and reputation. A tour of the facilities is a must.
We have stayed several times at the Siena. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and walking trails, and parking is ample (and free!). We travel with our dog, and the pet fee is quite reasonable. The rooms (and the bathrooms) are large and well-appointed, and are not cookie-cutter. Despite being right on Franklin Street, the hotel is quiet, and the free coffee is very good.
The staff is always welcome and eager to help when necessary.
The room is spacious, situated within an aged structure offering modest amenities. If you desire room service, it's necessary to make a request prior to 9 am; otherwise, it isn't provided automatically, which can be perceived as unconventional. A café/shop is present in the lobby where breakfast orders are placed, often leading to queues during the morning rush. Moreover, ample free parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the hotel.
Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was bright and airy and had about as great of a view as you can get for Chapel Hill / Carrboro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was straightforward. The fridge in the room was useful. The location for the hotel is excellent. We stayed here so that we could ditch the car and have a good night out and that was happily achieved.
Breakfast and location were fine. The room was large and very clean. I like having a bathtub in the room. Staff was very friendly and courteous at this local, not so much in Carboro where we accidentally checked in (we were supposed to be in Chapel Hill) The woman at the desk was unfriendly, did not acknowledge us when we waited at the desk and seemed unduly put out by our error
As a UNC Alumnus, I've always wanted to stay a night at the Carolina Inn. As a business major, I participated in many networking events at the Carolina Inn and always loved its proximity and convenience to the campus. The grounds remained as beautiful as I remembered them, but the hotel guest management and service left much to be desired.
We liked how comfortable the bed was, especially the pillows. It’s always a good thing when there’s an actual switch for a fan in the bathroom- as well as a night light. A nice quality stay as it will be the choice for us, when in the chapel hill area.
The Hotel Was Amazing Unfortunately There Was No Wifi or Breakfast for our stay. But the staff was super helpful🙏🙏🙏. Everything Was Made Up By The Accommodation From The Staff!! I Will Be Back Here Or Recommend Anyone That Travels To Chapel Hill!🫶
Beautiful property in Chapel Hill. Stayed here while I attended a training at UNC. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The hotel bar and restaurant were also very good and had a variety of choices. The free breakfast was also very good.
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Chapel Hill with everything in walking distance. The room was very comfortable and the totally private balcony was a real bonus. Loved the individual style of the hotel, gave it a vibrant feel.
I like the lobby. I think is nice and works well to work there or relax with friends.
I like the location, although I think when I came at midnight that and it’s no q allnthink is near enough to chapel hill. Iizuka000” you
Excellent accommodations. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms were large and very comfortable. It is quiet and relaxing and so convenient to Chapel Hill and all the fun things the town offers. Loved it!
Bed and linens were comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Pleasant common areas in lobby. Easy, free parking, convenient to Chapel Hill and Durham.
I love the price for my family to come for my sons Chapel Hill graduation. It was located close enough for us to travel back-and-forth for all the festivities.
