Beautiful historic architecture, great abundance of colorful beautiful flowers all around, multiple charming courtyards with views and sitting areas and fountains to discover, patio furniture in most corridor terraces in front of your door, the bell towers sound off hourly and at the half hour. The room was spacious and well furnished, The bed was comfortable and had luxurious sheets. The restaurant in the main courtyard provides a charming backdrop and atmosphere with Italian and French melodies playing while serving delicious food for breakfast and dinner. The special champagne breakfast set up in he courtyard looked very inviting. Nice pool with bar & meal services and large swan floats. The Spa is conveniently inside the property. There are 3-4 restaurants on the property and a cute cup cake shop. The Italian restaurant was closed during the day we were there, but looked worth a try. The Mexican restaurant on the property looked busy. Excellent valet services. Within walking distance of historic churches and art galleries.

Restaurant staff and bar staff were very polite and considerate. They went the extra distance. Housecleaning was very polite and extending. The hotel is clean. The food is good. It has a new, crisp look and feel which I like. There are other places to eat within a short distance. It is a good place to walk around the city from. It is a short distance from the bus lines.

Parking was expensive but it was on site which is nice. Was able to see my car from the room. Had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wanted to stay in the shower for hours.

Breakfast was offered and it was complementary. Night staff was pleasant but did not go over smoking policy so we had an issue at the end of the stay. That was the only issue. Other than that we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the honey moon sweet and we were blown away. It was freaking amazing

-it felt like a very fancy hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and really nice. Over all a great room. -I loved that the nightstands had their own plugs for each guest. -the staff was so nice -the breakfast had tons of options - walking distance from the municipal auditorium and some other fun night life stuff
