The breakfast was awesome -- the best I've had at any hotel. And in the evenings the hotel provided a beer get together with local beers. The staff was very accommodating, and van transportation was provided to where our cruise ship was docked.

Seward is a nice small town.

Seward is a nice small town. We went during the off season. a lot of things where closed or had limited hours during our trip. We missed out on a few items we would have liked to check out but there was still plenty to do in the area. Recommend a wildlife boat tour, we had a blast and still saw a lot of wildlife so early in the year. The Alaska Sea Life Center is a must see any time.

Hotel was well situated in a retail area with many options for food, ice cream, coffee and and drinks. The views of the harbor and access to it were great and right out the back door. The complimentary breakfast was good with both hot and cold items.

Lots of construction driving to/from Seward from Anchorage, so it took way longer than we had anticipated. It was a cute town and we enjoyed our 8.5 hour glacier cruise. I would definitely take a shorter cruise. Fox Island was a great part of our cruise.

Seward is a charming waterfront town with plenty of good restaurants and things to do. We took two incredible boat tours with Kenai Ford Tours; they were fabulous. There is plenty of hiking, and the city is nestled between mountains. Seward is the kind of place you hate to leave.

Highly recommend coming to take a glacier tour, whale watch, hike or to take children to the aquatic life center. Nice, locally owned galleries and shops with friendly keepers. Easy to get around and can access local parks and walking trails with close by parking.

It is obviously a tourist town with the 'big' thing being the boat tours with the Sea Life center being second, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I wouldn't take back what I saw on my day cruise (Humpbacks, Orcas, Sea Otters, Sea Lions, Seals, Holgate Glacier, etc) or at the Sea Life Center for anything (They have touch tanks that are awesome for kids or adults). The restaurants and outside food vendors had delicious food. We were only there for 3 days, but that seemed like the perfect amount of time to be there for anyone that is not going to be doing the more active nature hiking/climbing.

This is a new hotel being ran by John and his wife. John was amazing at fixing our reservation mix up and provided great local recommendations on places to eat, hike, and things to do around town. New establishment with keyless entry, fully equipped kitchen, big flat screen and comfy bed and bath. Great quiet location new food and drink options, but set apart in the woods. Vert conveniently located to all things in Seward and surrounding area.

No toilet paper in the room. One bath towel for a family of four (we got a suite). Sink had a crack, so water spilled on the floor when it was 1/4 full. Staff were like zombies. Barely responsive, never apologetic, though I will admit that none of us were eaten. Maybe this hotel was cheap by Seward standards, but not by any other standard. The place has a lot of charm (I loved the decor), but they need to get their stuff together.

The room was amazing! Spacious, welcoming, clean and with more than you need… A fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet, large (and of course clean) bathroom! Very nice! The view was great. From the outside the building didn’t look very inviting, but the inside made definitely up for it. You should be aware that without a car it is a bit difficult to get to Seward Harbour or Downtown. I enjoyed my stay, I would come again!

The location was spectacular and the view was exactly as expected (booked the water side). Seeing other hotels in town, I was very glad I chose Harbor 360. You’ll be VERY close to any fishing or boating excursions. Breakfast was hot and filling to start our adventures each day. The elevator was out but they made sure porters were roaming to help with any bags.

Such a great place to stay! Our cabin was right next to the beautiful creek. The room was spacious, clean, and beds were new and very comfortable. The cabin was located a short walk from the restroom and showers. Both restroom and showers were very clean. Our host Brandon was awesome.

Convenient for the whale watching that we do in Seward. Hotel parking is readily available. For one night the room is great for two of us. Gas station is very close by. Although breakfast is not part of room cost, there is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. We've stayed here many times!

What a fun way to experience Seward. The host, George, did a wonderful job making us feel at home and comfortable while we spent a few days in the area. My 13 year old daughter loved the old charm of the hotel. It’s in perfect walking distance to everything downtown.

Breakfast… Very cheap food for the type of lodge. Next door at Miller’s landing you had great coffee and a selection of food for vegan, veg… Today people that travel to this type of lodge want real eggs, fresh fruits, more variety.
