When we arrived after 6 pm the desk clerk said they were overbooked and had no rooms We had a reservation confirmation and PIN number But they turned us away. Yes they still charged me and no refund for room!

We liked the room. even though I reserved the suite. it was changed without anyone asking me first. I got the suite for my son's 10th birthday so, him and a couple friends could go swimming. other than that, everything was great. food, staff & the room. I loved the 3 adult drinks you get with the room also. that definitely made up for getting my room downgraded.
