When I had an issue the staff was immediately accommodating. Very polite and professional. The room was average, but the staff from the (front desk to the parking lot security) provided a great experience.

The breakfast was excellent. It was a very good selection. It was a little cold the first morning so I came down earlier the next day. The location is ideal for accessibility to the cinema, shops and restaurants.

I absolutely loved Nekeisha and Jenee the ladies who works at the coffee station. They were always pleasant and smiling. And let’s not forget Janell who works the front desk who was very knowledgeable of day to day operations, always willing to help the customers. Making helpful recommendations. The day we checked out I asked that someone come up to get our luggage. Well the manager himself came and took the bags down for us. Impressive! Now that never happens in America. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.
