The receptionists were very friendly, I face an issue and they did not hesitate to upgrade my to Business Class Room even though they can change with another room which shows their commitment towards the residents. ( Much appreciated). Mr. Berat and Mr. Taha were very kind and helpful, they treating you with smile and ready to help you. The room was big and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere at the business class room was great. It has small living room with TV , safe , mini fridge. The bathroom was awesome and big. 2 shower areas! It has swimming pool and Gym.
