The reception guy 'Mahmut' is gem of a person, always ready to help and very professional in what ever information you need about the tourist places. They clean rooms everyday, very helpfull staff. Excellent location, walking distance to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and Tramway as well.

In an otherwise let's say not great trip to istanbul, hotel Fehmi Bey was an absolute bright spot. Breakfast on the roof was fantastic, and on quiet days I spent hours having coffee and looking over the sea of Marmara. Breakfast does get a little busy when it's cold/rainy, as most of the space is outdoors, get there early! Staff was kind and attentive. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Get room 411 if you can, it's right next to breakfast, has a great view, and is away from the noise of the street. The Internet is kinda slow, and you have to keep entering your passport number, but this is true seemingly for the whole nation.

Location - Very close to Blue Mosque and mostly level access, so no heavy uphill/downhill climbing. Sultanahmet train station is a 5 min walk away. Can hear multiple adhans. Lots of food and small shopping options right next door. Breakfast - Decent buffet. Staff - Friendly and helpful for the most part. They don't have irons in the rooms, but have an ironing room which you can access. They provided kettle for heating water upon request. No microwave in the room, but the terrace (food area) does have a microwave and they helped us out.

The hotel offers an excellent experience with top-notch customer service. The rooms and bathrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the sheets are changed daily. Rather than the typical hotel ambiance, it provides a homely apartment feel. With 24/7 reception, the service is reliable. The breakfast, though delicious and featuring a typical Turkish spread, may become monotonous after a few days due to a lack of variety in the menu. The location is ideal, providing a great view from the restaurant, and major sightseeing places are conveniently located within a couple of hundred meters.

Excellent location in a historical city center. Very good observation from 4th floor window. Wonderful cafe on a top of hotel with panoramic view of Marmara sea. Perfect breakfast, few dozen of different dishes including traditional Turkish. We are glad to meet Mahmut - very professional, friendly, always ready to help and answer all our questions.
