We stayed at the Deluxe suite (2 bedrooms) for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. Super clean and nicely decorated, the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It is very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar and the Basilica Cistern. Topkapi palace is also at walking distance Kubilay provides snacks, nuts, bottles of water and fruits which is a nice touch specially after a long flight and after touring. We booked the airport transfers with Kubilay and there were no issues. The drivers were punctual and polite. Kubilay gave us itinerary suggestions, answered our questions and let us borrow an Istanbul card, which the 3 of us used to take the tram, ferry and funicular. It was very helpful! He is so positive and friendly and he is available whenever you need him, like a guardian angel ! Thank you Kubilay !

First of all I would like to thank Mr Kubilay and his family for their warm welcome and excellent hospitality throughout the stay. They very were friendly and helpful. As for the the Hotel, it was very close to main attractions and local transport facilities. 8-10 minutes walk to Blue Mosque, Arasta Bazaar, Tram Station etc. Many restaurants and cafes are close by.

Amazing experience, from the moment we made the booking until the end of our trip. The owner is the kindest man, he made sure that all our needs were met. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We had snacks , baklava and fruit brought to our room daily. The hammam in the apartment was just perfect after a day of walking around in rain. There is a restaurant right next to the building that has delicious food , better than other places we ate in town. Close to the main attractions but on a quiet street. Cannot wait to come back again. If you book an upper floor apartment, note that the stairs are quite steep, so not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Kubilay and Troia (sp?) were fantastic hosts. They arranged airport transportation and took care of small things like mailing postcards. They provided outstanding treats and water each day we were there, as well as room cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Blue Mosque Suites 2 which is on 3 Floors and is amazing. it has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a Turkish Hamam(yes a hamam). There is a full kitchen, clothes washer, daily maid service, a sit out covered patio and and the owner takes care of every little detail. it is really close to Hagia Sofiya, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Excellent location and close to tram and metro to visit other places like the Asian side if one wants.

The location is very good - it’s several minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, but in a relatively quiet place. The view is also very good - sea and Blue Mosque minarets out of the window. Great breakfasts at the terrace on building’s top with even better views. The staff and service is exceptional at this price point.
