Very clean and comfortable a/c one room bungalow called a "villa". Good for one person or a couple for a short visit. I slept here one night before heading to the airport in the early morning (20 minute drive). Beachfront and peaceful. You can hear the beach at night. In the morning you can hear roosters crowing. The location is surrounded by expensive resorts and not much else, so it would be best to have your own car.

The property is tucked in between 2 large properties right on the most gorgeous beach!! Very laid back place. Not fancy, but comfortable and great for our short stay. Nice little bungalow steps from the beach with plenty of room and a huge bathroom. They had a restaurant on property that smelled great and a cute tiki bar for drinks. A large resort next door provided a casual beach restaurant and a very nice Thai restaurant for dinner with a beautiful view, so plenty of options.

Right on the most beautiful beach with waves we heard all through the night. Exactly the low-key vibes we love, with a bar and restaurant onsite. Best massage of the whole trip from one of the places on the beach next door, beautiful sunset and a beach for myself! Jumping through the rolling waves to the swim in the perfect temp waters. There were chickens scratching around, friendly property dogs, we saw woodpeckers too! A chill haven sandwiched between fancy resorts. can't think of a better way to end our trip. 20 mins north of the airport.

Location is lovely & convenient for the airport! Crystal clear water, meters from our bungalow in the Andaman Sea. It’s surrounded by 5 star properties yet Mickey Monkey’s cute and simple ‘rusticness’ is its draw card. The beautiful dogs and free roaming chickens make it feel like you’re staying on a farm. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Views to the sea from the private balcony, bed & shower of the villa/bungalow. Food in the restaurant was delicious. We hired a great (looked brand new) moped from them. It’s about a 5-10min ride to Mai Khao town and the airport viewpoint. My husband dropped one of his new AirPods on the last day, the hotel found it and are very kindly sending it to us in Australia. We would stay here again. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We returned to Mickey Beach Hotel after 3 weeks touring Thailand. It's a 500 baht taxi from the airport so grerat for arrival or departure and is a magical spot underneath tall pine-like trees with small single-room bungalows or cottages in sand within yards of the sea. A central bar and restaurant with tables under the trees in close view of the sea. Amiable staff, great food, great location. Fantastic thai massage available on beach.

The little houses right in front of the beach are great. You actually see the ocean from your window. The room was very big with a big bed and there was a small fridge. The bathroom was big too and everything worked well. You can walk barefoot from your room to the beach, which is absolutely stunning and beautiful to walk. There were a few options of breakfast to choose from and the food the rest is the day was good.

Amazing location where you can hear the sound of the sea - it's especially relaxing in the night or when you are chilling outside of the house. The beach was very calm without crowds. Most of the staff was very nice. The contact with the hotel before coming was instant. As a bonus I really liked the chickens and the dogs hanging around.
