Location - it was like a dream. And they had a broom right outside our door so when the inevitable sand was tracked into our room, we could clean it up. We never ate in the restaurant so I can't say how it was, but the other options nearby were excellent. If you're staying longer than 3 nights and want to see more than just the hotel and its surroundings, you'll want to rent a scooter.PhilGermany

I also enjoyed being next to the sunset viewpoint, just a few steps away from Utopia, at 360 bar-restaurant. Their food quality is good. If you're interpid enough, the resort has a short trail leading to the cliff where swimming and snorkelling without crowds are the extra bonuses. The rocks have barnacles all over them, so climbing out of the water should be done carefully. Dar the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very quite and peaceful place, nice mountains view from outside seating area. At the time of our stay (March 2024) we could even see the sunset straight from the villa. The property is well-equipped, comfy and clean, wifi is great. There was regular (once in a 4 days) rooms and pool cleaning. The pool is nice and clean and water was of a pleasantly cool temperature. Accommodation was less than a 5 minute walk to Mae Haad Beach. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. Large bathroom with a hot shower that had good pressure. Aircon was very powerful.
