A Fairytale Place

There are several options to visit. The castle, the lake. So many opprtunities to ski sports, walk in the forests. Waterfall, beautiful lakes not only the Bled one. The breakfast was the best we had in Slovenia, you could tell it was prepared with love! The staff was kind and very helpful. I loved that they provided bikes for the guests to use. Location was perfect for exploring Lake Bled, and was quick and easy to access the lake by walking or riding bikes. We especially enjoyed having a glass of wine while watching the sun set from the balcony. Gaining access to our room was easy; the hosts were very responsive to messages via Booking.com. The hotel is in walking distance of Lake Bled and there are plently of good restaurants nearby - we highly recommend the Old Cellar just around the block from the Villa Special!

The hotel provides free and safe parking. The Bled Lake is not so far, but we were always going by car because of the kids. Our room was spacious enough, so we had a really good rest. The terrace was very large and our kids loved spending time there. Also, there are plenty of toys and games for kids in the lobby, which was really cool. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved the outdoor adventure feel to the hotel. With our quality bikes rented onsite we explored the area. The breakfast and dinner buffets provided plenty of food and a good variety. Sitting outside was lovely in the morning. Kudos for the zero waste projects ongoing. The location is wonderful for access to Lake Bled and the city, especially with bikes.

The shower was very big. The breakfast was so good and reach! They took it in our room after our call. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the lake and have a convenient parking. We had half board and the dinner was 1 minute walk from the apartment. We highly recommend Aparthotel Gaja in Bled!!
