Great appartement very cosy and warm there is everything that is needed even a little space outside to be in the sun and the recommandations of leo were all great. Even a nice cat if you like animals

We are located just 150m from the main local road,just enough to have perfect quiet on our garden or in the front of the house. The house is difficult to find first time coming to us regardless use of navigations so we like to escort you from the main road to us.
I am Nada, and i rent the upper appartment place. I have registred tourism rental activity RNO 105492. The property is just 7km outside of town Nova Gorica in very quiet village Ozeljan but still very close to city. We like travel and also host new people to exchange the travel expirience. We like to give to the guest the best of our possibilities for comfortable stay and discovering the beauty of sourroundings. Because of that we appreciate good communication with the guests about their plans and expectations during the stay.
Otava is the local name for our neighborhood and we a part of village Ozeljan that count 800 habitants. Just 150m from us is small shop with everything and superb restaurant Žeja. In the center of the village in beautyfull old castel with garden is located excelent pizzeria Grad with all variety of local food. In the castel there is also ceramic studio Kibela where we create our unique handcrafts and organizing pottery courses. Ozeljan is perfect starting place for discover some best Slovenian and Italian tourist attractions. Nova Gorica is a excellent starting point for discovering most beautifull Slovenian places. Strarting with a trips into the close-by Alps and hiking in the Triglav National Park. The emerald Soča river passing through Nova Gorica invites all water enthusiasts to follow its rapids trough the picturesque Soča valley. The Karst mountains along the Vipava valley with its huge forest offer interesting hiking trails and paragliding places. In the nearby Karst the water built the beautiful caves of Postojna and Škocjan. In Lipica you can watch the Lipizzan horses grazing and being trained. Not far away, the Italian and Slowenian coast offer nice coastal villages,
