Очень добротный трёхэтажный дом с уютной благоустроенной территорией. У нас на семью было два номера. Один двухкомнатный угловой с видом на реку и горы - очень удобный, хорошо проветриваемый. В номерах были холодильники. Номера чистые, со всеми удобствами и горячей водой, бельё и полотенца чистые и приятные. Завтраки и ужины надо заказывать заранее (вечером и утром соответственно). Они качественные, но без особого выбора и привередливым персонам(как мои дети) порой они не по нраву. Однако хозяйка старается и делает всё душевно и вкусно. В любое время можно попить чай с конфетками и печенками (если дверь на кухню закрыта, просто попросить у сотрудницы в постирочной и она пропустит). Есть баня с очень хорошим паром! Удобное место базирования для путешествий по округе (Тёплые озёра, Танхой...). Хозяин человек очень опытный, интересный и может посоветовать места для посещения и способы проведения досуга (хивус-аэросани, вертолёт, сплав, зимний фри-райд...).
