Mini-hotel ProPiter is a project of one St. Petersburg family, which is very creative and infinitely loving in Petersburg. We filled ProPiter rooms with unique design and rare things. We gave old furniture new life, it came up with different applications. For example, the bicycle became chandelier and the wardrobe – a sofa.

ProPiter is an ode to Petersburg, its Islands, streets, his power and magnificence. In ProPiter you can spend night in the music yard or relax on the roof with cats. One may live in the Petersburg library or in the dressing room. We also offer you to stay in "the State Hermitage", to dream under the bridges during white nights and breathe the fresh sea air.

Legendary home. The house, in which we are located, has an undoubted historical value. Its history goes back to1842, when it was one of the apartment buildings. In one of the apartments lived the great Russian composer M. Mussorgsky. ProPiter is located in the historical part of the city, a legendary district, Kolomna. Next to us is the Egyptian bridge, Mariinsky theatre, Fontanka river, Nikolsky and Troitsky cathedrals. Right under our house is a stop of public transport. Way from ProPiter to Nevsky prospect lasts no more than 20 minutes by bus. Nearest metro station: "Baltiyskaya" is less than 1 km away. HORECA. There is a café with Russian cuisine in our house on the ground floor. Less than a hundred meters away there is round clock Subway. Shops.The nearest grocery store is directly opposite. Not far from us there is a large shopping mall with cinema and indoor ice rink. Education and business.
