The staff was very helpful. Even though they didn't understand English, they made every effort to understand our requests and a simple Whatsapp message to their number would get action almost immediately. The cooktop in our room wasn't working, I just whatsapped them and they sent a brand new one right away. I stayed in both the twin and double room. I think the double rooms are more spacious with large windows looking into the sky. Kitchen is complete with a pot, pan, cutlery, dishes, etc.
