I liked very much the treatment of the staff! I must confess Ulan Ude was not my favorite city, BUT I'm not making evaluation of Ulán Udé, but Hotel. Hotel is normal, sovietic style, but for the price they give you all what you need and they are very nice to you. I think is one of the better hotels in the zone, because Ulán Udé is not very large city and great Resorts are not the norm here.
