Проживали в данной квартире в августе 2022. Дом находится, практически в центре Санкт-Петербурга, все в пешей доступности. Квартира после ремонта, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: Wi-Fi, телевизор, стиральная машина; утюг, фен, гладильная доска, кухня оборудована холодильником, плитой, микроволновой печью, есть кофеварка, электрический чайник; полотенца, пастельное белье, все есть. Спальные места - двухместный диван и 2 кресла, которые можно разложить . Вокруг много кафе, баров и магазинов. Хозяйка квартиры, Татьяна, очень добродушная, приветливая и отзывчивая . Всегда на связи, всегда все расскажет и подскажет. Очень все понравилось, буду рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым. Фото квартиры на сайте, соответствуют.
