Отличное расположение, есть всё необходимое, метро рядом, магазины, кафе, достопримечательности, качественная техника, всё для удобства на кухне. для кого-то может быть проблемой, что 4 этаж. Но- это очень индивидуально. Мы спокойно к этому, т.к. цель была- посмотреть красоты города, театры, так что нам всё супер!
