Very lovely hotel. The lobby is super nice and clean. Deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to city center restaurant and bars. I definitely think upgrading to the deluxe room was worth it. They were also filming a commercial at the hotel while we were there so that was cool. I loved the look of the hotel too, it was very accommodating to non-Russians.
