This fantastic 4 bedroom Villa plus 1 extra room (additional cost), has a private pool, excellent sea views and elegant interiors. From the road we find the main entrance on the upper level, but on the lower level there is a large parking lot in Portuguese stone pavement that leads to the closed garage for 2 cars. The front door opens onto the entrance hall, where we find the bedrooms on the left, the lounge in front and the kitchen on the right and access to both the terrace and the games room in the basement. The living room has large, comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining area. Sliding doors open onto a south facing terrace overlooking the sea, pool and garden. To the left of the entrance hall there is a bathroom with shower and an extra bedroom with two single beds (additional cost). The bedrooms are on the left side of the house, there is a double bedroom, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, which share a living room and a complete bathroom, and the master bedroom with private bathroom and closet. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. To the right of the entrance hall is a small hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen which has a door to the outside dining area. Also in this hallway are two wooden sliding doors: the first goes down to the lower level of the house and the second goes to the upper level of the house. On the lower level, the first door on the right leads to the garage. On the left side there is a bathroom with shower, a playroom, but also convertible into a bedroom equipped with two somersault sofas, which make two single beds and a games room with sliding doors to the patio and to a large swwiming pool. . Although we do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old, exceptions can be made as long as guests accept and comply with the house rules. Albufeira lies 3 miles to the east, with all manner of shopping amenities and restaurants along narrow cobbled streets, and the colourful marina is also a mere 10 minutes away by car and is worth a visit as its from here that all boat excursions to visit the coastline and dramatic caves leave. A mile and a half further is Praia D'Oura with its booming nightlife scene. Guia is the renowned home of the typical chicken piri piri and where the largest shopping centre is located, is around 4 miles away. Further afield, there is a choice of water-slide parks and the Zoomarine aquarium within a 20 minute drive. For those seeking more relaxing surroundings, Villa Gardenia is perfectly located to reach a string of lovely sandy beaches within a few miles, such as those at Castelo, Galé and Praia Grande. For golfers, the nearest course is Salgados, alongside Praia Grande. Alternatively, the 9-hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs course is to the other side of Albufeira, on the way to Vilamoura.
