I was one of the first travellers to arrive for the season and they were still setting up the hotel, but they went out of their way to make certain that my room was able to meet my needs. The shower is great and the beds are very comfortable.

This was booking error in my opinion. There are two Inatel hotels with the same address. According to the host at Inatel, this happens often. We thought we booked a seaview balcony. Only we had a sea view and balcony but not beach front. Bookings that is very very deceiving

The place is great and all the staff is amazing especially the girl from the reception that received us. The spa is a great bonus to start the day and our room at the 8th floor had great views and wasn’t too noisy. I would definitely recommend and go again!
This resort is just a few feet from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the lush Praia dos Aveiros scenery. It has indoor and outdoor pools and a terrace.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool, even though the hours were short.
The air conditioning in the room worked well. The room was very spacious.

The attitude of the staff, a very welcoming attitude, I arrived 4 hours before check-in and they gave me a room before and even upgraded me with a sea view at no extra charge. highly recommend
