The staff were kind and very helpful. We were supposed to pass by the reception one morning to get the confirmation of something we asked and since it was raining a lot, the staff was so kind and called us instead. That was an extremely nice gesture.
We recommend the bungalow instead of the mobile-home since it is bigger and it has an amazing covered terrace. Very good place to be when it's raining and enjoy the air outside.

Location, location, location. Family friendly hostess at our hotel....I could see bringing my grand children there as kids were welcomed.
Nearby restaurant was excellent (there is one other within an easy walk which we didn't try as the one across the street was excellent), but for variety requires a drive. Less than 10K south there are many restaurants on the beach. We chose Magna Carta which had Luis an excellent sommelier and quite good food. He introduced me to wine I had never had, Arinto, which was outstanding.

Great little low key resort town between sea and pine forest, feels very natural and untouched by tourism. Lots of local tourists, but no noisy discos or garish shops. Beautiful beaches, powerful Atlantic waves, probably no swimming as such, play in the surf instead, so not good for small children.

It is a small town out of the way and not as popular as other major locations however it is perfect for a tranquil holiday or get away. For us it had everything: Great water views as well as forested areas where one can go for a stroll or hike. The Estrela do Mar restaurant was an pleasant find with exceptional food and great service.

São Pedro de Moel is a very small seaside village.
São Pedro de Moel is a very small seaside village. As it was out of season (early April) it was very very quiet. I am sure it livens up in summer as it had a nice beach. There are only 2 restaurants and a bar and one of them was closed as it was a Monday.

Staying out of season (January) it's always difficult to get a feel for how it might be in the summer, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, although the hotel could do with a little modernization in parts, it's very clean and has everything we needed for our cycling stop over. Inès was lovely, she ensured we had a safe lockable storage for our tandem overnight and that done she directed us to the only local restaurant for dinner, she really is an asset to this establisment!
Without question one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding it was something I’ve rarely experienced. My room was immaculate and had a partial sea view - my bed was so comfy! Location is superb, breakfast even better. My bike safely stored in the huge garage. I’m sure we will meet again. Thank-you for everything.
The space: the room, the common areas and the restaurant were all spacious, I felt comfortable and at ease everywhere. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and quantity. The feeling of modernity of the hotel although its decade-old history. The location is perfect (and beautiful) for walks by the sea and into the village (and the lighthouse).
Hotel was very well located, at no more than 5min walking distance from all restaurants, bars and beaches of Sao Pedro de Moel. We particularly recommend the Estrela do Mar restaurant. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast/restaurant room had an outstanding view over the Atlantic ocean. Good breakfast and even better coffee.
Everything was made with love and care for the wellbeing of guests. We loved everything about our stay. The hotel, the communal area, the trust bar, the breakfast, the room, the pool, the terrace. Igor is a lovely host and we felt home away from home. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We will be back.
A 10 rating is too low!! Igor is very professional in what he does, friendly, correct and a true hotellier. The house, the rooms, the exterior is sublime. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and a wonderfull breakfast. This is the best we have stayed in a long time.
This was by far one of the best stays I ever had on my vacation travel. The hotel is very fresh and has been beautifully remodeled. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was top class. We loved every bit of stay here and Igor has been extremely helpful.
we adored this most relaxed and lovely hotel on this midcoast town; lovely breakfast with made to order eggs & an “honesty bar” available 24/7; bikes & surfboards available to check out and the loveliest outdoor tub in our room
We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. The view over the sea was better than we had expected.
It was also great to have a place to park right outside the hotel.
Service, daily word with owner of this Hotel. Nice and good breakfast. A Question- an Answer. No extra noise around hotel. The look at the sea out of the room
