Zona muito sossegada e bonita. O alojamento fica no meio da natureza, onde podemos encontrar vacas e cavalos bravos à solta nos terrenos envolventes, mas sem perigo. Tem uma pequena lagoa com passadiços à volta, perfeito para dar uma volta depois de uma refeição. Existem 2 restaurantes ao redor, mas verificar primeiro se estão abertos. Podemos ainda contar com a recepção e acompanhamento por pelo menos 2 gatos, muito meigos. Não existe rede móvel, o que no início se torna confuso, mas no final acaba por ser recompensador o desligar por completo do resto do mundo. Dica caminho para quem vem do lado Melgaço.. Em Pomares se seguir para a direita em direcção a Cela de Baixo / Gave. É mais perto 7 Km, mas o caminho é bastante moroso. Curvas apertadas, subidas e descidas bastante acentuadas. Para desfrutar de caminho de serra é o indicado Para caminho mais rápido, é seguir pela nacional até Lamas de Mouro
