The property was beautifully decorated and so clean. It was right next to a metro station so very easy to get around everywhere. Shannon was a great host, easy to contact if we had any issues and let us leave our bags there before check in and after check out which was really helpful.

[first floor with NO elevator] We are excited to welcome you to our home in Intendente. This apartment has been in our family for more than 4 generations. We converted the apartment from a nursing home into an Airbnb in 2014. At the beginning of 2022, after being closed for two long years, we updated the decor. The apartment is directly in front of the subway station “Intendente”, in a revitalized neighborhood with bars, restaurants, and cultural buzz. It's close to downtown/Baixa, as well as most historical landmarks. The house has plenty of light, with balconies in most rooms, a lot of comfort, and all the utilities you might need, including wifi, a washer, a dryer, and plenty of power outlets. The bedrooms are very flexible, as follows • Bedroom 1: 3 pax (king bed + single bed) • Bedroom 2: 2 pax (double bed) • Bedroom 3: 4 pax (king bed, 2 single beds, baby bed) • Bedroom 4: 3 pax (bunkbed, single bed) • Bedroom 5: 2 pax (double bed) • Bedroom 6: 2 pax (2 single beds) • Living room: 4 pax (double air mattress, single futon, sofa) A baby chair for meals is also available.
