AT YOUR ATTENTION: this apartment has a touristic license. This is the only way, who allow us to rent to foreigners by the Portuguese law. License number: 35518/AL The apartment is the ideal for a family vacations, or group of friends. Is the perfect choice for long seasons, away from colder winters. Very bright, has a balcony overlook the city center. Just 200 meters from the wonderful Monte Gordo beach with is warm water. With a short walk you have restaurants, shops and local bars, easy to reach by foot. Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals at home, one bedroom with 2 beds that can put together or separated. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and towels for all guests. In the living room you have a sofa bed. Satellite TV and free WIFI available. The apartment is in a complex with an elevator, wheelchair accessed, and swimming pool available from 1th June and 30th of September. Pets are not allowed. No smoke apartment, but you can smoke in the balcony. Free parking in the front street, between 16th September and 31th May. Between 1th June and 15th September is paid, but you have free parking 500 meters away.

Monte Gordo is one of the greatest touristic destinations, a modern town with long sandy beaches and traditional fishing boats. Very close by you have the “Sapal” natural reserve from Castro Marim, excellent golf courses, a pine forest, Woodland Nature bike, and tracking trails in the natural park . Good for trekking on the beach too. Also you can go to Vila Real de Santo António (2km) in the frontier near the river Guadiana and cross to Spain and also have a trip in the river. Another interesting village is Tavira (20 Km) and the Ria Formosa. Near the frontier to Spain, Sevilha is about 1h 30m by car. Sea food and fish are special. The water on the the beach are very warm and peaceful for good swimming. You can also play your chance on the Casino.
