Good location. Very cozy and unexpectedly well equipped with good quality stuff. An apartment has everything you need for comfort stay starting with good quality hair dryer, tooth brushes with toothpaste to several kinds of tea and coffee. More than enough pillows and towels.

Reception was friendly and helpful! Room was beautiful! You could tell the property was well taken care of! Breakfast was fantastic with numerous options, including eggs-your-way, espresso options, and many veggies, fruit, breads, etc. Location was a short trolley ride away from the central square. Reserved parking available on site for a small fee.

Everything. Very nice, quiet and cozy place. 15 minutes walk from old town. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. Very clean and well equipped. We also took a breakfast which is tasty and diverse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Provided all our requests. On the last day we had to leave at night so we missed the last breakfast but an awesome hotel's team had provided us with lunch boxes. Definitely it's a place to come back and stay again

Everything!!!! Place is beautiful and clean!! Great location on quiet street about 20 min walk to the Krakow old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. The whole Topolowa crew makes sure that everything is perfectly for your stay. I highly recommend this place and ma and my family will definitely come back again in the future.

It was very nice of them to check me in earlier, and helped me to lift my heavy suitcase up to my room. I really appreciate it, especially after a long night trip by train. Very nice and friendly. Speak a few languages. Breakfast was good as well.

The young lady at front desk warmly greeted me with Polish cherry vodka and coffee, and advised me on to-do/see in the neighborhood and Krakow. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with high ceilings, and everything was exactly as photos on webpage. Hotel was about 10 min. walk from central station, and my room was quiet even it's right beside a street with traffic. Breakfast was sufficient with many choices.
