The apartment is located right next to the intersection of the most exciting streets of Warsaw: Nowy Świat, Chmielna and Foksal, which are full of life and entertainment during the day and at night. Foksal Street is an elegant entertainment and cultural center in Warsaw. Going to Foksal street, we are immediately in a place where within a few steps there are many shops of global brands, prestigious restaurants and affordable bars, a lot of pubs like clubs with music but also theater and museums. Everything around is teeming with life day and night, here you can not be bored! Then, along Nowy Świat Street, you can walk along the Royal Route to the Castle Square and the Old Town Square, watching the Presidential Palace, Warsaw University and numerous churches and monuments of Polish history. Next to the apartmen is a bus stop, Veturilo city bike rental, and the Nowy Świat metro station is 300 meters away.

The apartment is just after renovation, everything is new, there is a spacious and high studio available, a large kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. The whole flat is 40 m 2. Neighborhood info

Before the war, in the Foksal 17 building on the 4th floor, the apartment was owned by the most famous Polish actor Eugeniusz "Bodo" and at the bottom in his Bodo Cafe met the cream of Polish cinema and theater.
