I will say that the Crown had the most comfortable beds and best linens of our entire trip to Southeast Asia. It does have a nice sunset view, but you can do better and have happy hour drinks by going to a restaurant along the beach. Someone from the hotel met us at the ferry and guided us to the hotel which was about a 5 minute walk. the AC was good and free drinking water was provided.

The location was perfect. I was able to walk from the ferry with my suitcase/rollerboard. It is located just past the marketplace where there are many restaurants and shops. It is a paved path all the way from the ferry which is not the case for other locations.

Small resort with all lovely location. Not on beach so a bit quieter than other places but one minute walk. Friendly staff and dogs.

It's a quaint little town enough to bring peace, relaxation and serenity. I like North beach a lot. Water is amazingly crystal blue clear! This is exactly what i was looking for. I had to ride in one of those motorbikes to get to North beach from where I stayed The locals are helpful and friendly, typical of the Filipino hospitality. The guy who took me to North beach referred me to the "market place" where i can buy cheaper food and as an alternative to the restaurants by the beach. I definitely enjoyed this place especially the beach.

It is a beautiful island filled with helpful people. Very close to beaches everywhere and a half days snorkling boat tour is offered to you constantly and very worth it. Snorkling with black tip sharks is super close. A lot of small shops and food places.

Great location at the corner of the island with the clean and beautiful private beach. Traditional looking huts with beautiful pavement and gardens in between. The staff arranged a private van and private boat for us for reasonable price - which cuts the travel time by half, we got from our hotel near Ayala in Cebu City to this beach resort in less than 3.5 hours. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The cottages are great value for money.
Excellently located on the beach on the secluded north malapascua. Organises dive trips according to demand, the diving experience was great, you will see other dive boats extremely crowded while on a relaxing and almost private boat. Free breakfast is also nice, the food here is generally very good but expensive compared to other options on the island. The staff are great and social and will play pool with you and tell you about their life
I will say that the Crown had the most comfortable beds and best linens of our entire trip to Southeast Asia. Large room. Little dim but worked. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Attentive staff and very helpful. They packed us food when we had to leave on early morning scuba dive. They also assisted in arranging a taxi ride to Cebu airport. Breakfast was good and restaurant had a lot of choices. Being outside the city center we didn’t have to listen to roosters or dogs. Would book again.
The hotel on the southern part of the island and surrounded with small shops, restaurants and other hotels.
A short walk will take you to the nearest beach but if you like to visit the north beach (the best), you rather take a motorcycletaxi because it´s a quite a long way to go.
As it is most everywhere i the Philippines, the oceanwater is warm and turquoise blue.
I spent 28 days there, the staff is really nice, I had wonderful Christmas Eve singing karaoke with Joel’s family! Also thank you for taking me to the island’s Medical Center for the wound on my foot
The place is really quiet and 10 min walking from the market, 15min to Bounty beach
The room is very nice and clean, confortable mattress and spacious room
Great place for our short stay on Malapascua Island. The hosts here were extremely helpful and allowed us to check in very early on our arrival, they gave us some good options for food nearby and on checkout they brought our bags down to the pier for us. The rooms and area is all very clean and spacious. All for great value.
Located in front of the beach, so you can enjoy swimming or just kick back and relax, and besides, there are many restaurants along the beach.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you want to go to Kalanggaman Island, they can arrange the tour for you. We really enjoyed staying here. Thank you very much!
Bed was very comfortable, shower was hot, air conditioning was cold, gardens were well maintained, free drinking water available, close to the markets which were great for delicious cheap dinner. Staff all very friendly. The onsite massage was fantastic, easy to book and reasonable price.
My whole stay there I felt very confortable thanks to the staff who are very welcoming and always with a smile :) The huts are very cute and cozy. The hostel is just 5 minutes walk from the best beach of the island. They also organize islands tour, which I recommend a lot!!!
The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The hotel is very good located you can practically get anywhere in 3-5 minutes. The rooms are so clean, pretty, comfortable and well-maintained. I recommend it 100%
