I appreciated the help of the host in getting last minute transport from the airport and to the bus station. She gave me an unexpected room upgrade that was enjoyed. (The king bed was very comfortable.) There was an option to pay by card for an additional fee, which based on past reviews is a new option. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lodging felt safe.
