Exclusive Penthouse with a very good location being at the height of the 10th block of Larco Avenue, less than 2 blocks from Larcomar, very close there are banks, exchange houses, restaurants, etc. It has 7 rooms, 6 of them with own bathroom, television and air conditioning. Portable heater and availability of 2 garages (Subject to availability). Complimentary quick cleaning for minimum reservations of 5 nights. Great for families! Maximum capacity 15 people! Welcome!

Beautiful and exclusive Penthouse of 260 m2, located in the heart of Miraflores and to be more precise at block 10 of Larco Avenue. Check the location! It is ideal! Walking less than 2 blocks you will reach the best entertainment center in Miraflores, Larcomar and less than 10 minutes, the main park, Kennedy. The apartment is located on the 7th floor of José Gonzales street. It has 7 rooms in total, 6 of them with their own bathroom, air conditioning in each room, cable TV which makes your stay even more exclusive, private and comfortable. We have done the decoration and equipment of each area with great care, so that you feel at home and like in a 5-star hotel. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room and living room. On the second floor, there are 4 other rooms, 2 of them with a terrace, as well as a large laundry room. The neighborhood is quiet. In front of the building and around it you will find a Dunkin Donuts, Sanguchería Bembos, La Lucha, banks, ATMs, exchange houses, Minimarket Mass. Everything you need and at hand, without having to walk that far or take a taxi. We have 2 parking spaces in the basement.
