We're sending our many thanks and praises to Aldo with staff. What a wonderful place, this gem called Ämak! Situated 45 mins from Iquitos with speedboat. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodation. For every meal (apart from breakfast) we were served 3 dishes. They were all a sensation for the pallet; 5 star ingridients and flavour. SIgnature dishes of the area. Apart from that we where out on excursions the for the duration of the days (we where there for 3 Days). And that was a great concept and weared you out, in a good way, before the sleep. Cozy and Clean cabins. Romantic place for a couple, cool place for friends or for a family to stay at. Just be sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent during the rain season and long sleaved shirts and trousers. And you'll be fine. Hope to be back some day soon! A true paradise on Earth...
