Our sheep and beef property is 600 acres of rolling to steep hill country. We are lucky enough to have a river running through the farm which we use every summer for swimming and BBQ's. A perfect place to get away for a weekend. There is also a new organic food forest area close to the cottage which you can help yourself to. We have Alpacas just over the fence for you to hand feed, a trampoline for the kids, a private river to swim in and more hills to walk over than you will need.

John and I are sheep and beef farmers and think of our job as going on holiday every day. We feel extremely privileged to be able to breathe clean air, drink clean water and eat from our own organic garden. We also feel we should be sharing what we have so we open our property to anyone that wishes to enjoy the peace and quiet of living in the country, or wants to take advantage of all the adventure activities in the local area. I am professionally qualified in both Sound Therapy and Nature Therapy and offer Relaxation Sound sessions and guidance with stress related issues that may be resolved with Nature/Eco therapy. One of the best golf courses in NZ is just across the road. Canoeing the Wanganui River, walking the Tongariro Crossing or trying the many cycle trails. Then there is skiing Mt Ruapehu or driving the Forgotten World H'Way, adventure for everyone.
