Beautiful Furnished 4 Bedrooms Beachfront Villa with Private Pool and Steam Room with Daily Maid service, Chef-Meal Services and Private Concierge. This House is perfect to entertain 2 or 3 families, so it is perfect for Family or Friends Reunions who want to relax after a day of Golf, Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Tennis, and Shopping to name a few. This is a Beachfront 4000 square feet Villa of indoor and outdoor living space that includes a Private Pool situated right in front of the Sea of Cortez on 'El Mogote' Peninsula at Paraiso del Mar Golf Resort. Two Master Suites each with a King Size Bed, Sofa Bed and Full Bathroom and walking closets. A Third bedroom with Queen Size bed and separate Full Bathroom. A detached casita (guest house) in the courtyard with 2 Twins beds or 1 King and Full Bathroom. Dining Table that will accommodate up to twelve guests. A fully Stocked Gourmet Kitchen Patio with Gas BBQ High Speed Internet with WiFi Whether it is a golf or fishing weekend you desire, a chance to swim with the whale sharks off our beach or explore the beauty of the Sea of Cortez, our home is the perfect location to relax and unwind.

The Villa is ideally situated on a Beach Resort that has 2 community pools, tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course. It boasts ideal running trails for all levels of running enthusiasts. If you choose to fly into the La Paz airport, it is a 15 minute short ride to Marina Cortez dock where you will board the complimentary Ferry Boat for your 7 minute ride to 'El Mogote.' El Mogote is a privately owned peninsula situated across from the famous Boardwalk (Malecon) situated right in Downtown La Paz and accessible only by guests and golfers of the award winning Arthur Hill's designed 18 hole golf course. The spectacular 'Espiritu Santo' Island is a short boat ride away and provides the most spectacular rock formations, blue water, marine life and the best snorkeling experience. La Paz, (The City of Peace) is the capital of Baja California Sur and home to some of the worlds' best fishing, spectacular marine life, boating, snorkeling, and most beautiful sunsets. It is a one hour drive from the artsy town of Todos Santos, home of the famous 'Hotel California', a favorite surf spot of many, and a 2 hour drive from Cabo San Lucas.
