The Malecon was the only pretty area and it only comes alive at night when the sun goes down. Otherwise lots of razor wire on houses although I felt safe walking around. Not an appealing north beach. The zoo appeared to be closed for a while.

Very cozy spacious room, big bed, excellent bathroom and good view. I had to go on but I would love to stay for another night.
