We enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city.
We enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city. Residents are extremely helpful. We really explored the wine country this time. We found several wineries with good wine and olive oil. We ate at La Justina and had an excellent meal. Ensenada is not the easiest city to get around. There is lots of construction going on, but the pot holes are numerous, requiring constant vigilance. We took some back roads which were beautiful, with well maintained roads. I wouldn’t avoid anything. It’s all part of the unique experience that is Mexico.

The hotel is very modern and close to the town of Ensenada but not too far. The staff were very nice and my only complaint was parking was very little but they watched our car during the night and nothing happened to it. Also the breakfast is a little sparse but for $120 a night for a gorgeous ocean view I cannot complain. They also have a roof area with a pool and you can enjoy drinks etc. A true gem of a hotel. Book the ocean room view, you won't be sorry.
