Location and view of the ocean was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Arranged a bioluminescence tour for us, that was wonderful. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

The Purpose of my trip was for a personal yoga retreat and so I wanted to be near town and food and everything but far enough away that I could sleep well and have some peace and quiet. This facility offered both of those things for me and was an incredibly beautiful setting for a retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and worked hard at keeping everything cared for during my stay. There were a lot of couples and families that stayed here it was a very nice facility for different types of travelers. It’s not the fanciest nor the costliest place on the island. It’s also not the cheapest nor a dingy place on the island. I’d say square in the middle of being affordable, and comfortable, and accessible to town in about 15 to 20 minutes depending on where you’re walking and still plenty close to other restaurants and facilities on that part of the island. The main staff members I worked with were Jorge, Carlos, and Brian, and they were all extremely helpful and friendly.

Beach right next door. Location not so far from town centre. Erick was an excellent in customer service. There was no sargassum in that side if town. Clean beaches to swim in. Coffee available in the morning.

The location was what made this stay for us. The facilities were a bit run down and some of the furniture in the room was broken/ didn't work. The wifi only worked outside near reception, not in our rooms.

*right* on the beach - the noise of the waves was deeply relaxing. The temperature was ideal - it was noticeably hotter inland. The hotel was lovely and constructed sustainably with traditional looking methods. Beach beside us was lovely and easy stroll to various tour offerings.
