Bill was wonderful and helped us with everything about the island and ferry transport. They were also so great and decorated the bed in the cutest palms and flowers to celebrate our honeymoon. Such a lovely local island to visit.

All Inclusive only covered the cheapest beer and cheapest alcohol.
It is small, nice and cute island. Book your hotel close to the main dock and bikini beach.
I had 5-days diving. Other people also booked some activities on boat etc.
It is quite, silent, clean, beautiful and very simple island

The place is really amazing, with breathtaking beaches, a small and very welcoming town, several places to eat or relax and, most importantly, great people always eager to help you and to make you feel welcome and at ease. A small and humble paradise in beautiful Maldives.

Great village.
Great village. Many opportunities, a good selection of restaurants. There is where to walk and play sports. Great spots for diving, snorkeling, surfing and kiting. Tourists from other islands are brought here for an excursion.
There are grocery and souvenir shops, windsurfing and kayak rentals.

We are in love with this little island.
We are in love with this little island.
The local people made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed exploring every little street on our bicycles.
It is a small, but diverse place and don't be shy to stop for a little chat with the residents. You will be rewarded with big, hearty smiles, funny stories and a lot of warmth.
Make sure you visit all the little shops (Kuda shop, Lobster and Dolphin shops) for quality souvenirs, local restaurants will offer amazing food and the fresh juices and smoothies are just yummy!!
Only 10-15 minutes away by speed boat to Male and island hopping is easy to nearby island and resorts for day trips.
We love you, Himmafushi!!

Great area for surfing and the people are super friendly.
Great area for surfing and the people are super friendly. For me it’s a great place to experience proper day to day Maldivian life in a place where you can still snorkel and surf and enjoy the natural beauty of the country. That being said, it’s very much real life so expect to see litter, development, rubbish being burned which is a common sight in the Maldives outside tourist resorts.

Peaceful, friendly, jails surf break - paddle out at high tide or wear boots, great right break to carve your way along, ask around for private board rental, theres also some sexy turquoise bicycles you can rent, only one cafe it has wifi and lots of little shops with bananas, peanut butter, baked beans, eggs, veg, pasta for whipping up something cheap x
This is a great spot, located steps across one of Himmafushi's beaches. The owners are two brothers each more attentive than the other to satisfy your requests whether it is transportation or acquatic equipment. They have a well run property so there is little else you can ask from them: place is spotless and quiet, ac is great, beds are comfortable, breakfast is fresh, delicious and satisfying and best of all, internet is fast! This is crucial since even the big resorts cannot match this. Big shout out to Haafiz and Hazzan!!
My stay at Molar Wave Hotel in Himmafushi was exceptional, largely thanks to Ali, the manager, and Habib, the cook and host.
Beyond Ali and Habib's exceptional service, Molar Wave Hotel offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. The comfortable accommodations and stunning views provide a serene setting.
I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for an unforgettable Maldivian getaway. Thank you to the entire team at Molar Wave Hotel for a memorable experience.
The rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. The facilities were also excellent. It was nice that they made the kitchen available for use.
The location was great, right in the center of the village, and just minutes from the beaches, restaurants and harbour.
The breakfast was superb, especially the Maldivian breakfast. The best part about this property was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and hospitable from the day we arrived. Athy was a great host!
The hotel was perfect for my short stay in Himmafushi. Even though I don't surf, Mohammad and all the hotel staff were very kind to bring me for a snorkeling tour with the surfers. The dinner and breakfast was very tasty. There are two nice beaches on the island. In my opinion, Bikini Beach is the best. However, if you have the chance, ask the hotel staff for a boat tour with snorkeling to the sandbank. This is definitely the best beach around!
It's a very cosy small guest house close to the Bikini Beach.
Owners are great welcoming people who can make your stay very entertaining - we felt ourself like we came to visit our old friends!
Other guests were a great company too!
Himmafushi is wonderful island + town - enjoyed walking around and local people are nice and welcoming
Comments about the nature beauty are even unnecessary here. It's just perfect.
Totally recommend
Bitos is the best place to stay in Himmafushi! The rooms are nice and big, Airconditioning & Wifi in every room and the food is excellent! We especially loved the maldivian breakfast, but also the fresh fish was just amazing! The garden of this accommodation is the most beautiful and the owner and his sons take very good care of the place. You will feel very welcome at Bitos - we can recommend it 10/10! Will definitely come back :-)
We had a very beautiful and lovely stay at Hulhan'gu Lodge.
Hussain, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. He explained, whatever we wanted to know, drove us with the buggy trough Himmafushi to show us some interesting spots on the Island.
We reccomend Hussain and his hotel warmly and we will come back for sure.
Firstly the host Noman was amazing, on arrival he allowed us to change rooms so we can be right next to eachother which I honestly thought was so accommodating. Next I was sceptical at first as the pictures aren’t great on the ad however we were impressed by our host, the facilities and the location. Perfect for family’s travelling to Himmafushi.
Very poor breakfast not worth of a 4 star hotel. Just 2 slices bead and an egg. Nothing in hotel, no kettle etc. promised that there were ironing facilities but had to fight for an iron from morning till 5pm. No one on departure day, had to find our way to the ferry
The food was really good and the Amin was a great host. Amin sorted out the ferries and snorkelling for us. We loved our stay on Himmafushi and it was nice to experience local Maldivian life in contrast to the resort islands. I had to work and the Wifi was good.
Himmafushi is so small it doesn't really matter where you are but this place is 3 minute by walk to the harbour
Great Air Condition
Continental Breakfast
Stable Wifi
Shower running
Very friendly housekeeper Ahusan :)
Nice and pleasant place. Since the island is small, everything is near - restaurants, beaches, shops, and boats. The hosts are kind and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is good.
The Staff. Very friendly and very helpful. Abby and Tony were great as well as the other staff. They would take us out to surf on the buggy when required. The hotel is new so everything was nice.
1- There is a good restaurant with tasty food a little walk from the hotel which you will see the clinic, masged, and the port.
2- The balcony was very good setting there.
Great place with great staff, easy walking distance to surf and great cafe on premises. Staff are very accommodating and will endeavour to help with any question you ask.
