A beautiful resort. Very lively! Every day there was something different going on. Most of the staff are flexible and will go out of their way to help! Even when faced with a minor issue here or there it is handled perfectly and that’s the most important part! The beach is beautiful, the dinner buffet variety was impressive! Stayed for 5 nights and it was a different cuisine/theme every night! With live cooking stations and something for everyone.

The view of the resort is amazing, beach is great. I liked the buffet in the main restaurant the most. Room service and the staff over all are very kind and friendly. Prices in general are fare. Taxes service is great and fast but you nedd to pay cash.

The property was gorgeous! Well kept and nice to walk around. The only reason why I selected a 8 rating instead of a 10 is a mix up on room. Trip was a special event for my husband and I and we really wanted a nice room where we walked directly out to beach. Booked executive suite but due to ‘computer issue’ not available. We were placed in a nice room just a short distance from beach. Room was lovely but not what we wanted. They did upgrade us to all-inclusive but not a big deal since we don’t drink alcohol. All the staff in contact with from check-in to check-out were really outstanding. Friendly and helpful, excellent service. Also, I think Sugar Beach is located on the best part of the beach in that area, not a lot of broken coral.

The staff are attentive and friendly, a special thanks to Vij Nulliah and the night staff for going out of their way to assist us with a booking error.
