This property was amazing. The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

I like the adventure like feeling going around Bagan.
I like the adventure like feeling going around Bagan. Rent an E-Bike (make sure it us fully charged) and don't be afraid to go around bushes and small trails (be careful with occasional thorny branches/bushes though). explore the area first, use google map so it is easier to navigate the area. One thing that frustrates me is that all pagodas with access on top were intentionally gated or blocked. I understand the risk concerns but one thing that is best in this area is the view from a higher vantage point.

I like staying in New Bagan, this was my 5th visit.
I like staying in New Bagan, this was my 5th visit. Because of the virus restrictions it was very quiet this time and I feel sorry for all the small businesses. However, it was absolutely beautiful to have the temples almost to myself! Some of my favourite restaurants like The Moon were closed, but the pizza place served delicious pizza. Getting around is easy.

Brilliant ballooning trip with Golden Eagle - very professional. Getting around on the electric bike was great fun and although I have never owned a motorbike I felt quite safe especially as I was on the wrong side of the road

This is a super area to explore.
This is a super area to explore. In all directions you will find a temple, pagoda and or a stupa. I stayed at hotels in Old Bagan (Amanta Bagan was the best hotel), New Bagan and Nyaung-U - all three are within an easy tuk tuk ride so if you like the first place hang there. Absolutely stunning historical sites - I spent 10 days there and did not see hardly enough. Will visit this area again.

Bagan has a stunning landscape, very friendly inhabitants and an amazing history. Recommended to rent a tuk-tuk with a guide to show you around - very affordable and a convenient way to see the place. The guides have a great command of English, broad knowledge and have the best local insights. Baloon flight is a must!

Just a fantastic historical site--have to return as there is no way one can appreciate the totality of this wonder in 7/8 days. People are super and local restaurants are good. Prices are unbelievably inexpensive - leave big tips--
This is a modern hotel in a beautiful area, in New Bagan. The facilities are great. I loved the roof top breakfast and bar. There is restaurant ‘Basket’ opposite the hotel that serves nice food. Staff is sweet and accommodating. I absolutely loved that they have complimentary coffee and tea and water refill on the ground floor and also there are plenty of books donated by travelers on the second floor and you can sit there and read. The hotel is just as beautiful as on the pictures!
The hotel is big and spacious, the rooms are nice. the pool is nice too. the breakfast selection was small, but the food was great. the staff were helpful and friendly. on our last day we left early in the morning and the staff cooked our breakfast to go, it was much appreciated.
The hotel facilities are very nice the hotel has a very varied breakfast , the rooms need a remodeling. But because of the conditions the country can understand, beware you can only pay in dollars at the hotel cash in the evenings the light goes out.
Good location. Amazing and charming wooden house. New. Clean. High Level of service. Good breakfast. Wonferful black coffee Friendly. Very helpful, especially for bus reservations and scooter rental. Good English speaking.
I like royal kk hotel’s swimming pool so much.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and big. Staffs are also very polite and friendly. Hotel is very quiet and got the fresh air. Very good for your health and relaxing.
Omg.. if you are looking for a hotel in Bagan, you need to stay in Umbra Hotel in Bagan!! The bed, water, toilet, view, staffs are all good:) the hotel is much bigger and nicer than the pictures!
Very nice and helpful family who run this hotel. We were always late for breakfast but they didn't hesitate to prepare one for us anyway. We would come back again
The swimming pool is great. It is always clean and the towels are fresh and white the way they should be.
We stayed at this hotel 3 times and it’s our favourite.
It's a nice hostel with both forms and private rooms. The crew is nice and helpful. The breakfast options are ok!
The pool is quite big yet the water is cool
This hotel could be compared to hotels in first world locations. How they manage to maintain these standards post COVID post Coup in Myanmar I do not know.
