Very nice, clean, well located Riad at the middle of Medina. The place is really great for families. The most important point for me to recommend this place is the owner. She was extremely friendly and supportive with great recommendations. She made our trip easy and never left us alone. She organized not only the accommodation but many great activities.

Riad Romance is located right near the souks. They welcomed us so well with a Tea and local biscuits. The Riad is calm and clean. The breakfast is really good. All the staff are absolutely fantastic - special mention to the owner, Sam, she is very kind and helpful, she gave us all information and tips we needed!

Staff is extremely nice and helpful - good with logistics of booking drivers, airport pickups, and breakfasts. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The pool is nice and the terrace is a nice place to hang out with your group. The Riad is also in a safe location within the Medina.

Sam and Youssef have such a perfect Riad in Marrakesh. My cousin and I truly enjoyed our stay with them, and benefited hugely from the rooftop terrace and pool! Every member of staff we met were so so friendly and tried to help whenever they could! The Riad allowed us to check in early when the room was free, and allowed a late checkout to accommodate our flight home! And super kindly, gave us a room upgrade as my cousins birthday passed just recently! Sam - thank you again for welcoming us so warmly and helping us out with printing airport documentation, and checking up on us/giving us recommendations - you truly are the best! Can’t wait to visit again soon for longer and stay at Riad Romance! :)

The riad is a small piece of quiet paradise in a vibrant city. It is extremely well situated with easy access to great restaurants and a short walk from all the tourist places. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. You cannot find a better place than this!

Everything was great, starting from the staff (Davina is very nice) the room and the pool area. Peaceful and quiet. All very clean. Davina helped us a lot by giving directions and to book the shuttles to the Aeroport.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. When we had an early morning start for one of our excursions that staff walked us to the drop off point which made us feel really secure. The location of the riad was convenient as it wasn't in the bustle of the tourist hotspot but still close enough to see things. The building was very nice, although we didn't use the pool it was a lovely view to see in the mornings. The airport transfers were super convenient

The location of the Riad was perfect, near to the main square and markets but nice and secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, contact with the staff prior to visiting was impeccable which made our arrival smooth. The room was exactly what you need, and there’s a lovely terrace on the roof where you can relax. We had breakfast everyday which was delicious and very filling, I would recommend having the breakfast at the Riad as it can be overwhelming finding somewhere to eat in the main square- especially in the morning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you knew your way around the city, by providing maps and helping you download off-line maps. I would recommend booking your transfers to and from the airport and Riad through the Riad, they have their own taxi service which takes you straight to the door. I used a local taxi and they dropped us off a 10 minute walk from the Riad and due to having no data it was tricky to find.
